The Baird Brewing Company is located in Numazu, Japan -- nestled on the coast of Suruga Bay at the foot of Mt. Fuji. Brewmaster, Bryan Baird, inaugurated the brewing of Baird Beer on a tiny, hand-configured 30-liter batch system.
